Very much like his son, Asif Raza Mir is all geared up to branch out in international entertainment industries and showcasing his talent. According to his wife, Samra Raza Mir, the actor has signed a project with television network HBO, the shooting of which will be carried out in London.

The show, called Gangs of London, will be helmed by Gareth Evans, who is famous for movies like The Raid: Redemption. According to Evans, the plot of the show will revolve around global crime set in a multicultural setting while crossing the streets of present-day London.

The release date of the project is still under wraps; however, the show’s IMDb page reveals that Mir will be making an appearance in the first four episodes. The actor will be part of an ensemble cast, which includes noteworthy names like Mark Lewis Jones, Jing Lusi, Michelle Fairley, Brian Vernel, Richard Harrington, Emmett J Scanlan, and a bunch of others.

Fans can keep a lookout for the show on HBO’s Cinemax and Sky Atlantic.
