After all the drama and delays, ‘The Legend Of Maula Jatt’, is finally set to release across Pakistan this Eid-ul-Fitr.
According to details, the legal battle between Sarwar Bhatti, CEO of Bahoo Films and producer of the original Maula Jatt and the producers of ‘The Legend Of Maula Jatt’, Bilal Lashari and Amara Hikmat came to an end with an intervention of some elders.
Amara has also confirmed that the differences between them and Bhatti have been sorted out successfully. “With the intervention of a few elders, Mr. Bhatti resolved his differences with us and extended his support in the larger interest of the film industry, and we are grateful to them,” Amara was quoted saying to Galaxy Lollywood.

It must be noted here that Bhatti had pursued a tumultuous legal route towards claiming that he is the sole owner of the original movie Maula Jatt. These rightful owners of Maula Jatt 1979 have not only challenged Bhatti’s Trademark and Copyright certificates but also the Intellectual Property Rights Organization of Pakistan in the Sindh High Court for fraudulent issuance of copyright certificates.
The new version of Maula Jatt contains renowned actors including Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, and Humaima Malik.
