‘Celebrities aren’t public property’ Maya Ali

Maya Ali thinks that people sometimes cross their limit to criticize celebrities, considering them as their own property.

Speaking in ‘Time Out with Ahsan Khan‘, Maya said are supposed to entertain constructive criticism and ignore the rest of the comments, be it on social media or anywhere else.

“People are always ready to write negative feedback and comments. They try to seek attention and that is why I think they do this. I always tell people that we are public figures, not public property,” she said.

“Our work is something you can criticize on and we take that as compliment and learning. Constructive criticism, be it negative or positive, we happily entertain you. But judge till what we show you and not beyond the lines that are set for you to never cross,” she maintained.
