Shahroz Sabzwari and Syra Yousuf to complete shoot for their previously halted film prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and separation of the couple.

Speaking to Express Tribune, Shahroz said COVID-19 halted the shoot for a couple of his projects. “These films would’ve released earlier had it not been the pandemic. We resumed shooting for these projects after the pandemic and they have almost been completed,” he said.

“Only shoot for a song left from a film that I and Syra did together. We’ll shoot on 25th, 26th and 28th of this month. Another action-packed adventure of mine is completed while another film, titled Agar Magar, will also be finalized soon,” he added.

Reportedly, Syra and Shahroz were shooting for Omer Esa Khan’s directorial film. Initially, the film was shot in Bahrain and had to be completed that year but due to personal issues between the real-life couple, the shooting was stopped. Later on, COVID-19 pandemic halted the shooting.

It must be noted here that Syra and Shahroz separated in 2019 and later on got divorced. Shahroz had tied the knot with Sadaf Kanwal in 2020 which was one of the most critical celebrity weddings in Pakistan.
