Preparations completed to bury Umer’s body at Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine

Pakistan’s legendary comedian Umer Sharif’s body will be taken to Karachi on Tuesday from Germany where he passed away on October 2.

According to the details, Germany has issued a death certificate to the late comedian. His third wife Zareen Ghazal will accompany the body to Karachi.

Meanwhile, Sindh Government made arrangements to bury the late artist in the premises of Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine as per his wish. Umer’s son Jawad and his family have expressed satisfaction over the space provided by the government for Umer to be laid to rest.

Umar, 66, was on his way to the United States of America (USA) via Air Ambulance for heart treatment. He was taken to the hospital in Germany after his health deteriorated. During the treatment, the latter gave up and passed away.
